no. No change yet. I wish there were more people letting us know if they got it or not :/ That would help.

No mate. They applied directly. Did your work apply through lawyer/ solicitor?

They told me they consulted with an employment lawyer.. I dont know if this means he made the application for them or just told them what to do. Ive been reading other forums about previous allocations and seems that even though the website says results are posted on the 12th or 13th. Some people got theirs later than that. In our case that would make it Monday. I think we should just get on with the day and no obsess about it..It is very stressful, but we did our best. Its out of our hands now. Hope for the best

SO I have a problem now. Work just informed me they applied for a Unrestricted COS instead of a restricted :/ And they got it. But I am currently in the UK on a Family visit Visa! So I have no idea how to switch to another visa that would allow me to use that Unrestricted COS. :/ Any ideas?

Really? Sounds baffling. How come they applied for unrestricted cos mate? You indeed need restricted COS. You cannot switch to other category on your current visa.
Did they really know what type of COS they applied?

apparently they assumed its Unrestricted cuz thats what they are used to. But i said clearly that i need a restricted one. So now i am not sure what to do. either find a way to get another visa that allows me to switch, they are applying for a restricted one this week so that would make me wait to next month.

Hey gugys,
I have same problem!! My company applied for Unrestricted CoS first cause i was under Tier4 student visa and wanted to switch, but my visa expired 9Thof may and i had to leave the country, so due to this delays my company had to withdraw the previous application and applied for Restricted CoS for the same position. They sent letter to Home office explaining the situation. Home office said that they will try shortly to reallocated Unrestricted Cos to Restricted due to my work contract starting from 6 of June.
so waiting...

Ask them to do this. It is good to keep informing home office anyway. If the can they will try to help i am sure. But only one thing my reallocation is due to their delays, yours cause your company made a mistake. They might not take as emergency to review.
