ILR Possible on Tier 2 ICT came UK after Apr 2010

Its my 3rd Post to the forum & I request if some one can guide me, please.

EARLIER VISA[/TIER 2 (ICT) ESTABLISHED STAFF
VALID FROM : 16 APR 2010
VALID UNITIL :22 APRIL 2013
COS Details: United Kingdom (Company Name) Work Permit Processing 09 APR 2010 08 APR 2013 CXXXXXXXXXX

NEW EXTENDED VISATYPE OF PERMIT: T2 ICT LONG TERM LEAVE TO REMAIN
REMARKS: RESTRICTED WORK
VALID UNITIL : 20 APR 2015
COS Details: United Kingdom (Company Name) E/A/T Applications 23 MAY 2013 20 APR 2015 CXXXXXXXXXX

NEW EXTENDED VISATYPE OF PERMIT: T2 ICT LONG TERM LEAVE TO REMAIN
REMARKS: RESTRICTED WORK
VALID UNITIL : 20 APR 2018
COS Details: United Kingdom (Company Name) E/A/T Applications 23 MAY 2013 20 APR 2015 CXXXXXXXXXX

Can anyone tell me please,
1. As I came in after 16th April 2010 on TIER 2 (ICT) so is there any chance I can get or apply for ILR (Completed 5 years in UK) ?

Unfortunately, not on the current visa. You need to either switch to Tier 2 General and stay for further 5 years on T2 General for ILR. OR you continue on your current visa for next 5 years (provided your company agrees to provide you CoS for next 5 years) and you can apply ILR under the 10-year ILR route.

Do you know any way/process/contact that I can know am I eligible for applying ILR as I got work permit starting from "16 APR 2010"

So I must have filed week before or so i.e. 9th Apr 2010 (I don't have any details when I applied from India)
