Hi, I have been following this post since long now, I thought I would post aswell today! I am in the boat as the others like tulip first week of March! still waiting !!

Timeline:

Application through NCS ENFIELD

SUBMISSION DATE: 6-03-15
Money deducted : 16-03-15
Acknowledgement letter : 20-03-15
Approval : waiting!!

I heard a few of my friends who applied at nearly the same time as myself got the certificate already and waiting for the passport.
Since both myself and my husband applied together, is it taking so long?
Is it better to apply seperately rather than together then?

i do not think it depends on that. When i applied alone in October i got it within 5 weeks, have my passport already but there are still people who have been waiting since then.
my husband applied on 2 March and still nothing. His application was straight forward, no overstay, clear and legal visas, continuous jobs, no penalty points, etc

Some people think that sending by post is quicker
than through NCS as the majority approval are frm
those who sent by post.

You know it could be worse. It's just over 2 months. We have all seen people on this from who have been waiting for more than 6 months. We should count ourselves lucky. Well at least for now Let's hope we won't have to wait that long

Can anyone help me here actually i applied on 02/03/2015 the day i applied same day at night i caught speeding 36 MPH on 30 mph ROAD and got speed awareness course offer and i accepted that offer to avoid getting 3 points on my licence,I recently attended the course .... can this course affect my application? thanks

According to my knowledge, nothing will be endorsed on your license or dvla records.

So you do not need to tell them, unless you fail to attend the course
