How to pay fee for naturalisation please

This is what I need to fill and that's it? There is HO ref. which I dont have it. Any advise? Please.

Last line says:

I attach a cheque crossed a/c payee, number ......... for the sum of ............. made payable to the accounting officer, home office.

If I understand right I dont tick it right? Thanks

If you're paying by card, then don't tick the cheque box.
