can i apply right of abode

hi

I am dual citizen. British citizen after naturalization.
I am just wondering if I can apply ROA sticker for the passport of country of birth.

A friend of mine told me that the home office will not give ROA and I can keep using ILR . but on the leavelet given to me at citizenship ceremony, I need ROA if i used my old country passport (Not british passport) to present at british ports. What is true?

From 21 December 2006 you will not qualify for a certificate of entitlement to be placed in your foreign passport or travel document if you already hold either

a United Kingdom passport which describes you as a British citizen or as a British subject with right of abode; or
a UK identity card which describes you as a British citizen or as a British subject with right of abode
