They have to first re-advertise the job with closing date and can apply. If they do now, the application can only be considered on July 13th. Need to wait another 2 months. :(

Hello All,
I am really confused...

for the RCOS for the month of May.. my HR came back to me telling, "received confirmation from Home office on request for RCOS has been granted, but they asked me to reply with my address in India immediately" I received this mail on 12th of May.

I replied to to that email on 14th of May, with my address in Inida. Since then I haven't heard anything from HR on rcos??They haven't got back to me at al.. :(.

Did I delay too long in replying with address? has it might have caused the problem?

How does it actually work..?? will the company HR receive the confirmation first and the they will try to assign the COS to my name and address??

Please help..

well once home office confirms, in SMS your HR need to assign it to you. so they need your details such as name, passport info, address as it is in the COS. it needs to match with your visa application. since this is web portal once they punch in given info, company can issue you the COS number to use in your visa application.

Thank you for your reply. "so they need your details such as name, passport info, address as it is in the COS." So does my employer need my address (in India)to apply for RCOS?, I dont recall giving my home address of India to my employer?

What documents my HR need to apply for RCOS? I believe, its RLMT test being conducted proof and the statement which satisfies salary requirement..??

I am concerned, cos they haven't given me the RCOS number..

they do not need any info about you to "apply for RCOS" they need those info to "Assign RCOS" to you. if you applying from India yes they need your home address. what ever details in COS should match with your Visa application. using this https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... ng_CoS.pdf you can see how its looks like in SMS.
