I understand that if the new owner restructures and he finds that his contract of employment is switched to a new company within the group and TUPE applies it should not affect his immigration status.
But there is a chance that he will find himself reassigned within a restructure, most likely by way of promotion. If this takes him into a different SOC presumably he will need a new COS? Will this be subject to the RLMT?
