Which working visa? Do you know if it's L1 or H1B? L1 is for international company transfers (i.e. your employer moves you to a position based in the US). H1B is for a new job with a US based employer, and is much harder to obtain since it is subject to a yearly quota. If your husband gets an L1 visa then you can apply for an L2 visa, if he gets H1B then you can apply for an H4 visa.music wrote:Hi, Marco
