Hey,
Would really appreciate some input.

EU national - self sufficient - 2008-2009
worker - 2010-2013

I've spoken to the UKBA EU HELPLINE three times now and with three different advisers.

All of them have told me that the requirement for CSI shouldn't invalidate our application i.e. E.U national self sufficient for 2008-2009, as it became necessary in 2011, but reading the forums and going through old posts...that doesn't seem to be the case?

More over, I am very confused about the temporary stay bit regarding the EHIC....obviously she has been residing here all this time...but hasnt applied for PR....does that mean her status was 'temporary stay' and we can use the EHIC ?
