English Language Requirement for ILR

Post by nasir639 » Fri May 22, 2015 8:25 pm

Hello Everyone,

I hope you all are well. I have got a basic question, I would appreciate if someone can help me with this.

I am TIER 1 General and so as my dependant. I am applying for an ILR. My Depandant's degree was not in English. Does she need to pass a B1 or a C1 exam?

On Trinity college's website, it says C1 but my solicitor says it's B1. Can anyone in the same situation help please.

Many Thanks,
Nasir

B1 + Life in the UK test.

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
