Applying ILR after Refugee status

Post by h.malik090 » Sun May 24, 2015 1:42 am

Hi Guys,

I had got refugee status back in 2010 which is expiring in few months time. I am slightly concerned that if there could be an issue to get ILR. I have been working lawfully throughout my stay and payed tax and I am living in UK for last 8 years.

Some people scared me that there could be a potential issue to get ILR after refugee status expires, so please help me with your instict guideline.

Thanks.
