Does a council tax court hearing affect ilr application??

I recenlty had a letter from my local council that I have a court hearing, due to not paying my council tax for the last two months, i will start paying as soon the month ends.

The question here is wether a court hearing affects my application for an ILR??

No it will not affect if u pay all the remaining balance and make sure u paid all the court charges in order to avoid further penalties. Plz do check with you solicitor.

However you should mention it in your application as matter will have been dealt with in court.
