Tier2 PBS Dependent and NHS Surcharge

Post by ssblr » Mon May 25, 2015 4:17 pm

Hi,

I was holding a Tier2 ICT VISA and obtained ILR now. My wife and daughter are still holding the Tier2 ICT PBS Dependent VISAs and are living with me in the UK.

I am in need of applying for their VISA extension as they will be eligible for ILR next year only.

1) Should we apply for the extension of their current Tier2 ICT PBS Dependent VISAs? Is this the correct category we should apply for?
2) Do they need to pay NHS surcharge?

Kindly provide responses to the above queries.

Thanks.

You were already advised in this thread in April, that she may apply already. Did you click on Vinny's links?
