Me and My 2 Dependants ILR applications approved on 23rd May 2015(Saturday at Croydon)

I have been living in the UK since 8th July 2010 under the TIER 1 (GENERAL MIGRANT) visa, which is valid until 19th June 2015.

The Tier 1 General Visa was originally valid from 19th June 2010. My first date of entry into the UK was on 8th July 2010 which is just 19 days from visa validity. Hence, the Continuous Period Calculation will start from 19th June 2010.

Below are all the relevant dates regarding my duration in the UK. 

1Tier 1 General Visa applied: 29th March 2010 
2Tier 1 General Visa valid from: 19th June 2010
3 Date of initial entry into UK: 8th July 2010
4 Tier 1 General Date of expiry: 19th June 2013
5 Date of application for Extension: 13th June 2013
6 Date for (new) leave to remain was valid from: 13th June 2013
7 Date for (new) leave to remain is valid until: 19th June 2015

I have completed 5 years lawfully in UNITED KINGDOM. During continuous period my absences never exceed beyond the 180 days in any twelve consecutive months.

I have claimed 90 points in attributes section on a self-evaluation basis using the ‘Self-Assessment Points Calculator’ available on the UK Border Agency website. 

The Details are as follows,

1. Age Assessment – 5 points claimed

2. Qualification – 35 points claimed

Note: Qualification recognized on the points-based calculator and evidence submitted is as part of previous Tier 1 (General) application. However the degree and transcripts are submitted here too.

3. Previous Earnings – 45 points claimed

In my 5 years continues stay in UK, I travelled out side UK 5 times. Total number of days spent out side UK are 75 days. All absences are Personal none of them are work related absences.

Dependents
 My wife currently living with me in UK since 30th March 2011 and hold a TIER 1 (GENERAL MIGRANT) DEPENDENT visa, which is valid until 19th June 2015.
