Benefit and Permanent Resident.

Hi All!!
My soon to be ex spouse is in receipt of tax credit,housing benefit,council tax reduction and working credit,but she works as self employed earning morethan 10000 per annum.How would this benefit affect my ROR please . Thanks all.
