Switching employer and its consequence

Post by justdopposite » Thu May 28, 2015 9:58 am

Hiya

I'm currently on T2 general. I just need to know what would happen if I make a change of employment application with a new employer/sponsor and the application for some reason gets rejected and I don't wish to proceed/appeal - Will the new visa application rejection have any impact on my current Tier 2 general visa and its validity?

Any other consequence I need to be aware of when the time comes for my T2 extension or ILR application ?

Many thanks

No impact on existing visa as well as ILR eligibility.
