Finally after the wait of 4 months.............Got approval letter yesterday and booked the citizenship ceremony on 2nd June. Best of luck to all who are still waiting.

I have received all my documents ( indefinite travel document and all supported documents) back with a letter saying to send urgently my old travel document ( 5 year live to remain) .The letter dated on 18 may and received on 21 may.
The letter specified that the old travel document is needed to prove the residency requirement.
I found this link about residency requirement.I didn't read at this stage of stress !

It means UKVI are working on january applications from the last 2 weeks at least. I applied on the 21/01/2015 and today i have received the long awaited envelope. The inital process of fee and acknowledgement was quick but then it all went silent. This is the 5th Application for January apllicants this week 4 have been mentioned on this page one has been mentioned in the unsuccessful page so have hope...5 replies mean they are currently doind Dec/Jan apps.
