Need help for VISA to visit Tier 2 Migrant and dependents

Hi Experts,

You have made my job easy last time when i applied for Tier 2 General visa. Thanks a lot for that. Especially thanks Manci for such a straight and useful info.

Little bit background: I am working in UK with tier 2 general visa permission since March,2014.My wife & daughter are also staying with me as Tier 2 General dependants.This time my Mother want to apply for Visit visa because she want to see my daughter.

So Please help me regarding the steps involved in the process for my mother's visit visa:
Required documents 1. Mother side and 2. my side.
Commercial: Bank statements / minimum money in the bank account - 1. Mother side and my side.
any other required info?

OR if there is already one post related to the same matter then please suggest.
