PEO Appointment on 29th June - 1 quick question

I have a PEO appointment on the 29th of June.

Can someone please confirm which is the 15 month window if my application date is 29th June 2015 ?

In my opinion you should count backwards excluding June 15 and taking May 15 as the first month

So I reckon it will be March 2014 to May 2015 (15 months) .
