who should sponsor step daughter

Hi I'm non eea married to Irish citizen... We would like my daughter from my previous relationship to join us here in Ireland, we want to know who should be the visa sponsor. I have a stamp 4 working for more than a year hubby is self employed. We have a son together I have full custody of daughter as i wasn't married to her biological father. I'd appreciate the help..

is your husband legal guardian of your daughter? if not, I recommend you sponsor the visa. You can always attach cover letter explaining your situation
