Please don't post in Capital letters. It is very difficult to read and is viewed as shouting.

If you do not meet the financial requirement, she will not qualify for a spouse visa (the 'new' rule has been in place for 3 years already).

Can she not extend her student visa?

Are you divorced now and have the decree absolute? John101 Post (Click)
Char (CR001 not Casa)

i just finalize my divorce and trying to get married to my spouse here in uk but she is a non-eea citizen, i work a part time job for a local supermarket in which in a year i got paid 7 to 8000pound and also i'm in university in which i given a loan and grant from student loan company, so if i add both my student grant and salary from my work i will be rounding up with 10 to 1 thousand pound which is not enough to the 18600pound as required by the home office to sponsor your spouse here in uk. so a friend of my said i should act as a self employed that it going to work.. please i need your help on what do or what you think is the best option guyz? i'm really confuse you guyz have really help me here i need your help on this thanks.

Even if you were to register as self-employed, you would need to show income through the self-employment and an accountant would need to sign off on that. You would also need to pay tax on your earnings through self-employment. The Home Office does check with HMRC to check that you have paid an appropriate amount of tax.

If the Home Office feels that self-employment was just a cover to get around the Rules, your spouse's visa could be revoked and it could have a negative impact on her citizenship.

You will also need to demonstrate that you have appropriate housing for your wife. I presume that you have made provisions for that.

The only alternative for you is the Surinder Singh route. Live in another EEA country for 6-12 months and then return with her as the family member of an EEA citizen.
