Question relates to ILR

Hello All

Just out of curiosity i am asking this question as if someone get refused from the rout T1 to ilr on the basis of deception so would tge applicant still able to apply ilr on ten years long residency basis?

The checks that HO do for 5 years residence ILR and for 10 years residence ILR are the same. If you are refused ILR for deception for Tier 1 to ILR, the same will likely apply for 10 years ILR and the original ILR refusal will be recorded with all the details of the deception.
