Tier 1 general ILR

Post by Iqbal01 » Tue Jun 02, 2015 4:21 pm

Hi ,
I have my ILR coming up in January 2016..i got my first tier 1 general hsmp visa on 20 jan 2011.. Got 1st extension on 18 Jan 2013...i would like to know what documents i need for ILR next year to claim all the required points this time in case there are any rule changes.
How much funds do i need for last three months ?
Note: my earning requirement is 35k which i do satisfy with my current job but its a commision based job .. My contract is 25k basic and with commisiom it goes upto 40k..last tome they accepted gross income so will they still accept it this time ??

For earning if that is mentioned on job contract and on payslip then it should be OK

I would suggest reading the SET(O) form & guidance to begin, as most of your questions will be answered then. Specifically look and read through the sections relevant to T1G migrants.

It's always gross income with required evidence that is considered for points calculation.

HI Mate

Same documents as before, when you applied for the extension. Plus LIUK + 5 years p60(optional keep all for safe side)
Get a letter from company before your extension detailing your annual gross salary. HO only interested in Gross, regardless all was earn as bonus or commission . Tax should be paid

No maintenance requirement and points.

Hope this helps.
Kind Regard,
A.Khan
