HI EVERYONE,

BEEN A SILENT READER TODAY MY APPEAL HAS BEEN APPROVED
APPLIED 9TH JULY 2014
INTERVIEWED 15TH SEPTEMBER 2014
REFUSED NOVEMBER 2014
APPEALED NOVEMBER 2014
APPEAL APPROVED MAY 2015

JUST WANT TO ASK HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY BRP AND IM AWARE UKBA HAS A RIGHT TO APPEAL SO FINGER CROSSED IM RUNNING A GENUINE BUSINESS WITH MY PARTNER AND MONEY IS IN OUR BUSINESS ACCOUNTS 50K AND ABOUT 20K HAS BEEN INVSTED

Hi Miss khan, which court is your appeal? Mostly, judges are very nice and give you full opportunity to explain your view point.

Hopefully, you will be alright. My friend's friend had his hearing there. He was happy with the proceedings and I heard later that he won and had been issued BRP.

myself and 3 dependents
my partner and his 2 dependents

Congratulations Shalz ! Could you please tell us that your granted visa is for 3 years or 3 years & 4 months. And secondly, the dependant/spouse is allowed work. Many thanks.
