ILR and PBS Dependent

Hi

I m going for ILR in November (Tier 1 General) and my wife got PBS dependent and she need e PBS extension coz she came after July 2012.
My question is

Does she need English test?
Please reply coz I m realy confused, I know those who apply with FLR (M) need
A1 English test but I m no sure about PBS Dependent.

She doesn't need an English test as she will be getting an extension to her PBS dependent visa. However she needs to satisfy english requirement at the time of her ILR.
