On Sunday night meaning Monday early hours I got an email reply as I messaged them asking the status and they said it's processed
Today early morning around 7 uk time got email from actual place saying processed and will contact when to pick up papers
Do you guys know roughly how long it may take and also if they call tomorrow say in the morning can you go straight after to get papers

In the email it says

Your visa status shows that your application is in progress and you will be
contacted once a decision has been made.

Anyone know how long From Now

Looking at your timeline I would say if unless stated otherwise that it should have been processed.

So in Shaa Allah you may hear back in the coming days of some news in relations to it being sent back to Gerrys unless they have stated delayed due to further checks I would assume

Just to confirm did you request the update or was it something they had sent themselves ??
Also is it from hgs or from isb bhc?

If I remember right you was the one who posted that the file went missing ?? If so this could be to aknowledge that they have found it and it's processing .,

And i asked for a status update through ukvi website
Not 100% if from bgs or isb bhc
The reason i asked for a update is because if you remember they said they lost my papers then on thursday 28th they said
I have tracked the status and found that your application
is under further enquiries
And today they sent under progress
I have no idea to what is going on
All i know is Allah swt is watching

Look at it positively ... definitely in Shaa Allah you will hear very soon
It's now been 12 weeks for you roughly so you should be hearing back in Shaa Allah or what I can advise you to do is send them another email asking for the case to be escalated as the time has gone over.

My wife visa was refused because of this 28 day ruling of statement. Mine was older than 28 days.

Been reading on here but hard to get a clear answer. Can someone explain this rule to me and how I make sure I qualify.

Salam brothers and sisters. Just wanted to post an update to my case. Mashallah my wifes visa has been granted second time round. My original case was refused because of my statements being over 28 days.

So to summarise my second case started on 18/03/2015 and I received an email to say the case was processed last Thursday which was roughly 28/05/2015. My wife received a call on friday the following day and she picked her visa up on 01/06/2015. Really happy and thank allah for this.

I in the end decided not to appeal and just do a fresh case.

Anyone still waiting i wish you all the best and inshallah yours will go through.

That is strange in most cases the file is back at vac the next day .. what I would suggest is wait today and if still not herd then might be worth giving gerrys mirpur a call or just go there in person with the slip and get an update... wouldn't be surprised if the file is already back and they have either attempted to call or not had a chance

Was that text from Gerry's if so then that means it's ready for collection
A call is not always necessary as a times there is delays with them calling but a text is sufficient to say they have got it at mirpur

It's always because some verification or the other hasn't come back and that's what they're waiting for.
You can get an email and day now saying completed and sent back to vac

My wife got that text - but earlier in day I had already received an e-mail saying processed.

You should get another e-mail soon saying - if you have courier arranged, it will get posted, if not then please visit the office and collect your documentation

Sajjad my husbands case was submitted at mirpur too,a week after urs. We submitted on the 13th may.
