Tier 2 ICT to Tier1 to ILR

Hi, I entered UK on tier 2 ICT granted in June 2010, switched to tier1 General in June 2011 . I am still on tier1 General and will finish 5 years in UK this week, will I qualify for ILR?

You would need 5 years on Tier 1 General to qualify as far as I am aware.

Unless your T2 ICT leave was granted based on the rules in place before 6th April 2010 (I.e you applied before that date), you won't be able count that period towards your ILR residence. See page 7 https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... _final.pdf
