Surrendering Indian passport

Hi Guys i am new

I am just wondering we are traveling to india as family this year we all have British passports, my wife just in the last few days has got her first British passport after being naturalised British.
Do we have to surrender her india passport before going to india ? if we are going to use our British passports ??

Yes, surrender indian passport and then apply for Visa/OCI prior to travel.
