Don't worry in Shaa ALLAH you will hear back soon
At the moment they have just started to deal with applications from around 24th March onwards so you should be hearing something very soon.

Maybe within the next week or so
Some people may have submitted before you and not received replies and some after who may do... every case is different but overall average is hearing back on the 10th week

Hi guys,

Isn't the VAC in mirpur open on weekends to collect your passport?

and Tallojani - does your sister in law have to come within 28 days of the visa stamp or within 3 months, considering you applied after the 17th of March, the new BRP Card rules will be in place.

Hello Everyone,

I need your support and help.

Just a brief.

I came UK alone and left my fiancé in Pakistan in Nov 2011, claimed asylum which was granted in Jan 2012, living as on refugee status.

Got nikkah over the Skype in July 2013, applied for a visa as FAMILY REUNION but got refused because ECO didn’t accepted my marriage over the Skype, I did appeal but refused and First Tier Tribunal Judge advised to go some third country and marry their.

Been to Malaysia from UK and my Wife came from Pakistan in Nov 2014 but couldn’t tie the knot as face to face because of some Malaysian rules, I came back and applied Marriage visitor visa in December 2014 and planned that we will register our marriage here and she will return to Pakistan to apply for spouse visa but unfortunately again got refused on such baseless reason that she will not return to home country.

Now I’ve planned to apply for fiancé visa to fulfil the financial requirement once she here we will register our marriage and then apply for extension (spouse visa from UK)

Now I will come to the point.

Working at Bank from last 2 years and started Dominos Part time in January 2015.

Earning from Bank £14400 gross per Annum
Earning from Dominos £6.50 per hour working 16 to 20 hours per week
Getting salary from dominos 4 weekly average per month gross £480

After completing 6 months / 26 weeks i.e. Aug 2015 my total income per annum would be £20100 including bank salary.

I’m hopping to arrange letter from dominos when applying the visa which they will mention that I’m working part time on permanent basis and doing 16 hours per week plus overtime.

So does I eligible to apply for fiancé visa ? confused because some people says that they only check income for 6 months should be £9300 into the account.

Please HELP!!!

Mirpur VAC is not opened on weekends
And with the 30 day BRP it's the 18th march onwards
They chose to pick and choose a few but full rollout was 18th

Just wanted to confirm what you posted ... do they always say no updates yet or is it always the information you have provided is wrong.

Just wanted to make sure as a few people have had their files lost. So if you have received an update at anytime then the likelihood is less that it's misplaced
In Shaa Allah Will do dua at jumma namaz for everyone
Hopefully you will hear back very soon

That is strange if they have always advised no update is available ... the least they would say is not been assessed by ECO ...
Can you copy the email onto here for us to see then can advise best

AOA

i have applied for my settlement visa on 23rd of April(bio metric) from Islamabad. And yesterday i mailed them regarding status of my application. This is the reply i got
I have tracked your visa application status and found that there are no
current updates. This could be because your application was submitted
recently or the details that you have provided above are incorrect.

And i hope there is nothing to be worried about right?
Can anybody guide me and tell me that when i will get my visa?

The email you received is normal so don't worry
It's because it's only been a few weeks since you submitted.

You should hopefully be looking for it to be processed roughly from 1st week of July in Shaa Allah .. that's if everything is straight forward and they keep up with the pace they are at right now

Thanks
As far as the Immigration Rules are interpreted ...
A p60 is normally only required if you have been with your current employer less than 6 months and need to fulfill the financial requirement by using the 12 months prior from date of application.

Since you would have been with your employer for 6 months all you should require is 6 bank statements, 6 wage slips and a letter from employer to show your job role and salary gross, how's it paid and whether job is permanent or ...?

Wanted to confirm that before Feb was you in employment or ??
Salam, Sajjad prior to my employment i was studying. After i graduated i was busy in wedding preparations then after that 4 months later i found full time employment.
Thanks bro for your help. :)
