However, my p60 only covers 2months of my initial employment as i started my employment in Feb. Do i need to contact HMRC/DWP for any tax confirmation? if so what?
Thanks

Dear Aadi90,

By the looks of it, your situation appears to be similar to mine atleast on the job timeline, please can we keep intouch as I'm preparing to file the case in August. Which city you intend to submit your documents to?

Kind Regards

To your questions ...
No you don't need to complete su/07 sponsorship undertaking form for spouse partner applications.

In sponsor letter main points to highlight is for example
How and where you met
Future plans
how the relation was formed

Anything else you would like to highlight in support of the application
Salaam brother,

Please can you help me with the following;

All my documents (bank statements, payslips, employment letter, address on wife's tb test etc) have my current address which will be mentioned in the application forms however, I plan to live with a freind who has his own property as the current property is too small to accomodate me and my wife.

My question is what documents do i need off my friend?

and

Will that be an issue as all the my documents have current address but I'm showing that I plan to live at a different address where nothing is registered (bills, council tax etc) on my name?

Thank you
From your friend you will require a letter to say that they are happy for you and your wife to stay at their property ... you will require a inspection report and also proof that they own the property ie title deeds etc if you are not going to rent from them you should state so clearly in the cover letter.

It shouldn't be a problem as your showing the eco that you will have adequate accommodation for you and your wife if the visa application was successful.

But personally I always advise that it's best atleast to get some document on the new address atleast a bank statement so that the eco is satisfied As the eco can think that your trying to circumvent the rules.
Dear brother,

Thank you for your advice, means so much to me in times like this. I intend to submit the case by middle of august and will get the address changed for july bank statement and july payslip.

Do you think its reasonable to get the address changed for the last month prior to case submission or shall i do without any further delay so i can have two bank statements/payslips for the new address?

Thanking you in advance

I have tracked your visa application status and found that there are no
current updates. This could be because your application was submitted
recently or the details that you have provided above are incorrect.

And i hope there is nothing to be worried about right?
Can anybody guide me and tell me that when i will get my visa?
The email you received is normal so don't worry
It's because it's only been a few weeks since you submitted.

You should hopefully be looking for it to be processed roughly from 1st week of July in Shaa Allah .. that's if everything is straight forward and they keep up with the pace they are at right now
Thank you for your reply sir
i have one one more query that is for how long we can stay in Pakistan after we got our visa?

Sallam everyone

Your visa status shows that your application is in progress and you will be contacted once a decision has been made.

Anyone know how long this takes?
Thanks

Congrats to everyone who got their visa in past week or so :)

Still getting same updates " no current updates."
Contacted advisory centre, they told us that because this is our second application our mp won't contact home office/ bhc whoever they're meant to contact until 6 months have passed! Going back to the "service standards" they do mention that 100% of settlement visa applications are completed within 24 weeks!
Is there anyone else out there who has applied second time around recently, waiting or have got their visa?

Salam!
Can anyone plz tell me that 6 months payslips must required?
Coz my husband just got a permanent job letter n it'll be startingstarting in September.
so plz tell me what should we do! Should we wait for 6 months!
Or we can apply before?
I'm very frustrated coz it would be 3rd time that we're gonna apply.

Yes its 6 months payslips and 6 months bank statements showing pay coming in. You should wait. You have to wait, he needs to be in the job for at least 6 months. Dont stress or rush it, you have pleny of time to get everything together :)

If you are applying under exemption of income threshold you need to submit one bank statement showing the benefit being paid into the account from within 12 months prior to date of application.

Online statement will not be accepted so best way forward is to go to the bank and ask them to print a copy and stamp and sign the copy also... it would be best also to ask a manager to type a letter to say that the copy is genuine.

I would also advise writing it in your cover letter explaining you get paperless statements.

As I have applied under the same rules I can advise you further.
What i also suggest is make sure you get a cover letter prepared from a solicitor who will outline the rules and quote each rules and evidence you are submitting to meet that rule.

This would make it easier for the eco to take into consideration all the evidence and also make it harder to reject under law.

The solicitor would charge roughly around 50 quid dependent on who you go to.

I'm here to help if you need further advice

Timescale is still the same for everyone which is about average 10 to 12 weeks

With solicitors I would suggest visiting oisc.gov.uk there will be a fair few on there in your local area
Plus you would be surprised local advice centres have free legal immigration advice drop ins and they can do it for free.
I found this out once I had submitted.

It's straight forward letter tbh but it's just the rules need to be quoted Hence why I suggest someone from legal field as they ccan interpret the rules to meet your circumstances.

Are you meeting the financial side with just DLA as you must be aware that you need to have 114 I think a week after expenses if any

Everything is in check
In Shaa Allah you shouldn't have much issues financially alhamdulillah
It's good since April this year it clearly says in the rules all benefits can be included to satisfy the exemption rule to meet adequate maintenance
