SET O form Query.. Section 6.2

Hello seniors / gurus

I am about to apply for ILR visa next month.In new SET O form section 6.2 I have to mention all the dates absence from UK.In last 5 years I only been away for about 31 days in total.But I am bit confused with what to put for 'Date UK Left'.I left UK on 15 dec (no stamp in passport) and reached India 16 dec. My passport gt arrival stamp (16.dec)
SO,what date i have to put..?i.e date you left UK or date reached India..?

The form asks for the dates you left and returned to the UK. Those are the dates you put. If you arrived in India on 16 Dec, this is not the date you left UK.
