Limited company director salary for ILR

Hi All,

I am applying ILR (earnings band 35000-39999) as a Limited company director(director salary + dividends = 35500 £) and have the below query on director salary

Is director salary amount (ex-8500) should earned in the last 12 months ? (I know the dividends amount should earned in the last 12 months )

Is HO will accept the salary from previous year company funds?

All your earnings needs to be from continues 12 months out of last 15 months, so whether your salary or dividend should be within this period.
