Just a quick question ....... friend of mine is applying for her spouse visa from Pakistan and have completed online form, paid fees, also paid Health surcharge etc etc but he is not too sure does he need to complete Form SU07/12 (which is sponsorship decleration)
also in his application he put his details in sponsor as well and in relation ship their was no option as husband so he chose in relation ,, as(( partner ))
please kindly advice do i have to fill out this form as well ??
