Tier2(General) Dependent can open a Company?

i just want to know Tier 2 (General) dependent can register a company ?

Hi

Tier 2 dependent hasnt got any restrictions. they can start a business or work at any place without any restrictions. Its the main applicant ( tier 2 holder ) cannot work any where except for the employer who sponsored the work permit.
