Regarding the English Language Requirement, the official HSMP website mentions that TOEFL scores are now accepted. This can be found at the FAQs section of the website:

Yes, TOEFL certificates satisfy the English language criteria where they are of a level equivalent to IELTS level 6 and were awarded prior to you making your application.

My question is: how do we know what TOEFL score falls in IELTS level 6.

I have a score of 287 in TOEFL CBT. Does this satisfy the language requirement?
