Hello guys,
Tier 2 Sponsorship licence has been revoked for the company I currently work with and reasons were failure of RLMT(no records kept for interviews held), sharing SMS management system password and job description which did not match with SOC code originally used.
Cost of going for appeal in high court etc is above £10k with less than 50% chances of winning as RLMT considered to be major failure.
My company has few businesses registered in the UK. Can company apply for brand new licence under the name of another company which is trading since last 2 years and is registered at the same address and have same director?
Concern is does home office sees that it is same director whose another companies licence was revoked and also does it make a difference if address is the same for new company?
Look forward to receiving a response.
