What, if anything, are the Police doing? Have you been charged? Is it coming to Court?she went into police and filed common assault false complaints
That is not quite what I said. Instead of charging you and taking you to Court, they may offer to caution you, but you do not have to agree to accept a caution, because by doing so you are admitting your guilt. You meant i should not have agreed with charges?
She's very unlikely to be able to bring her parents from India, the rules for ILE are very strict now.planetman wrote:Hi adropofwater,
i was wondering if you could update me on the outcome as my brother is in a very similar position, only that she has not compalined to the police.
She has JUST got her ILR to UK just last month and now she has left him she is staying with her sister. exactly 2 years after we got married.
She has withdrawn money from the bank account and now frozen it due to marital dispute so no doubt she will try and take it all.
But money aside i dont want her to succed in her quest to stay in the UK
She now intends to bring her parents from india. We are in the process of writing the UK border agency.
Any further advice please???
