I would like to share the success story ofTier1G- ILR (Main Applicant) and Dependent Extension .
Main Applicant appointment time 8 AM
Dependent Appointment time : 11 AM
But we both submitted at the same time and it was processed successful.

• Passports (1 New and 1 Old)
• Current BRP card
• Points-based Calculator Statement - current and previous
• Life in UK Test Pass Certificate
• Proved English language requirement in my previous Tier1 (General) application. Please refer to the PBS Calculator statements. However, submitting a letter from University stating all courses are taught in English.
• Self-Letter explaining absences outside the UK during the qualifying period
• Relevant Boarding passes/e-tickets
• HSBC Personal Account (Current) Bank Statements (From 10th April 2013 to 9th May 2015) showing salary credits for the above mentioned period
• Payslips (From April 2013 to May 2015)
• P60 Forms (From 2010 to 2015)
• Letter from Employer confirming currently salary, designation and employment
• HMRC Employment History (From Jul 2010 Till April 2015)
• First Direct Joint Account Bank Statements (June 2013 to May 2015). This is a joint account
• HSBC Personal Account (Savings) Bank Statements ( August 2013 to May 2015)
• Driving Record from DVLA - This is a supporting document for my Driving Record. I have received a Fixed Penalty Notice (SP30: Speeding on public road). This has not been mentioned in the Application Form as this is not covered under Criminal or Civil Conviction as per the application guidance and confirmation from UKBA Home Office

8 AM we are given token numbers
8 :20 Applicantions were collected.,
We were not asked documents for each section they simply asked what documents do you want to submit.and our answer was " We have all the documents in the File ". They tied both application form Cover and the file together .and directed us to the Biometric.
8 :30 We gave Biometric and were told it will more than 1.5 hrs or 2 hrs as there are 2 applications.
But at 9:35 we were called and told the Sucess
Dependant was given extension for 3 years

• First Direct Joint Account Bank Statements From 13th May 2014 to 12th May 2015 showing both the names
• Affinity Water Bills from March 2013 Till March 2016 showing both names
• British Gas Electricity and Gas Annual Statements for the year 2014-2015 showing both names
• Electoral Registration Enrolment letters for both me and my spouse issued in June 2013 and August 2014
• Driving Licence Copies of both me and my spouse showing same address
