Tier 2 extention & COS Allocation

My current Tier 2 Visa expires April 13th 2016.
I switched from Tier 4 to Tier 2 so an unrestricted COS was assigned to me in 2013.

Questions;

1 - Does my company automatically get the same allocation every year?
2 - When do these allocations get refreshed?
3 - Am I right to say my company will use their 2015 allocation?
4 - How early should I ask them if they have a certificate ready for me?

the "CoS year" is 6 April - 5 April the following year. Unrestricted CoS allocations are automatically set to zero on 5 April each year and sponsors have to apply for new allocations if they need them.

2 - How soon should they request for one if my visa expires 13 April 2016? 5th April 2016???
3 - Can they request one in the 2015 period? Lets say December? or should they do it in April 2016?
4 - How long does it take after they request it?

you have to ask them if they applied for any allocations for 2015/16

they can request allocations any time during the "CoS year" but it is best not to leave it too late. Between now and, say, Jan 16 would be fine

4 - How long does it take after they request it?
varies but if no problems around 2 weeks
