The agent has ticked YES question "have you had more than one fixed penalty notices in 12 months" however I have had NO fixed penalty notices. How can I notify nationality team of this as its a mistake and don't want this affecting my application. I applied on 28.05.2015 is it too late to let them know of this mistake????

the NCS made 2 errors ticked NO even though I clearly given in my life in the uk certificate and ticked YES to more than one fixed penalty notice in last 12 months. I have zero in my existence.

Date of application is the date that HO receives your application NOT the date of payment. You should check your dates entered above, they don't make sense (highlighted in red)

what EXACTLY did they tick ? if it's their own checklist ( or customer client care or something like that.....at ncs ....then that doesn't get sent off ...that just stays in their records just in case u get refused andyou try to say they didn't fill it properly.

I have corrected the date to the 19th for you so that you can copy and update as you go through the process.

Received my letter yesterday (note: dated 04/06, but received on 12th. So there was 8 days for the letter to reach London). The £1005 was declined by my bank. HO asked me to resend the payment, and have it reached at HO before 18th.

Never had any problem with amount over thousand, but they did block my 0.67 pound online purchase not long ago.
Unfortunately my bank can't pre-empt when this debit will happen and unblock it. Oh well.

It might have been Royal Mail. I received my letter on 12th but dated the 4th (I checked everyday).
