Looks fine, I can suggest below ones to your list.

Last 5 years HMRC Tax statements (P60/others)
Council Tax Bill for address proof

Its a good idea to state under what category you are applying under.

Don't forget to take your appointment (booking) confirmation with you.

Thanks for your advise. I am on Tier-1 ( general) visa issued after 04th April-2010 rule change.

Business insurance proof is not require, some docs are not necessary take along with you but give it only if they asked for it if not keep as simple as possible more the documents more the confusion sometimes.
