Still business partner but one director got ILR

Hi all,
Dears, we as a team got tier 1 E and still our business running but one diector got ILR and still as a business partner but second director will apply for extension in few months, my question is will that have any Side effects on second diector extension.

Ur comments will really appreciated.

hi

my case is my friend applies for 10 years this September and i have another 1 year and 2 months to complete my 10 years and we got entrepreneur visa for another 2 years . my question is if my friend gets ilr what happens to my visa as we applied as a team on 50k route . any help would be appreciated .

As per discussed with my accountant that what will happend to other director visa if one director changed his visa.
He answered that still entrepreneur visa is valid because both directors are business partner and their business's id liable to corporation tax.

You will have to show that the person is still your business partner and also provide his/her passport details to show that he is now settled.
