prove of language skills

Please help as I am completely lost on this:
I am applying for ILR next week.
In my current Tier 2 General visa I proved my language skills by ticking the box "same as during the first application".
In my first Tier 2 General application I submitted to NARIC my PhD diploma which even though was not done in majority speaking English country, was written in English. NARIC confirmed that.

I cannot find similar box in the current application, which means that I have to pass language test. Am I write.
Please, any advice would be appreciated - I just don't know what to do with this requirement.
