Yes its possible. Better tomorrow you call them and ask any new update. If first operator not helpful then try 2nd and 3rd. Try to call early morning like 09:01 when they have fresh brains.

UKVI do not invite people for interview via telephone.

Their phone number is 03001232253. option 2

However, they do not give updates on phone anymore.

They take your details and send you a reply later . They will also ask if your application has been outstanding for 6 months.

If it has not, they will not even go to the next stage of taking your details and passing it on.

They usually refuse if they tried to call an employer but could not reach them.

For applicant, the formal way is to write a letter to them. If it was an urgent matter they will leave a message for you to contact them.

Prefer not to go until get ROR because your relationship with EU national is already expired and nobody will listen you. In addition to ukba I think airline may not let you fly back. Almost all airlines are very strict and strictly need the display of visa stricker on passport and don't care about passenger verbal information even he is telling the law. I think anytime in now a days you will get decision then go. Delay is not for you only but even British naturalization applicants are also suffering from same.

I got my passport with the old resident which valid till 2016.
I was in home in feb nd i was divorced nd said tht to the border in manchester when they asked me about my wife i said im divorced nd i will apply retain the rights when i bk they said ok .
