EmanuelJames, as it is now, you just have to be patient and remain calm and positive. It's still going to take further weeks/few months to bring your case to finality. You can only hope for the best now. Good luck!emmanueljames wrote:Hi PALS: I got this feed back on my -mail today, after asking Inis for an update for my application. Below:
Hi Emmanuel,
Please note that your application for naturalization is being prepared for
submission to the Minister. If further documentation and/or clarification
of any matter related to your application is required from you, we will
write to you requesting it. Otherwise, you will receive a letter in due
course informing you of the Minister’s decision on your application.

Anyone have an idea on what could happen next? as my solicitor just sent them a copy of my new GNIB last week? Any idea?
A submission is being prepared or already prepared and forwarded to the Minister for a final decision, an approval hopefully. You're almost there and most likely you're to follow in the next batch of approvals after July 17th. Good luck!kofiasenji wrote:Pls can anyone advise what does Inis mean when you receive this below email from them and what stage is the application.
Your application continues to be processed. This office does not currently
require any further information or documentation from you at this time.
While it is not possible to give an exact timeframe, this office will be in
touch as soon as a decision has been reached.
There'll be invitations in the coming few days be rest assured.singh07 wrote:documents send 28/05/2015....

Congrats mate! Enjoy!stanakines wrote:For all the people here i thought i was the least able to received Citizenship, i was almost unrecognizable on my old passport and beside all my native country government is unable to provide new one due to political climate and the temporary Stamp 4 i received is due to expire to December.
And yet this morning i received a letter i opened it and... That was my approval i felt on my knees such a feel i can say i am Irish.
They asked for 950 € and photo i'll send it to them soon enough before July.

Did you have a court case/conviction, fines (paid/unpaid)? And if, were they disclosed in your application form? Will be helpful to have these facts from you before one can give a sound advice. In all, do not despair, it's only a matter of time for you to get an approval. Good luck.emmanueljames wrote:Hi pals. I rang inis today the guy said they replied my solicitor yesterday about my application. I asked her what is the content ? She said they told him that they want crime I commited to be cleard before they will write out a final decision. My application is a year now.
Guys how true is this info. She wasn't straight in her conversion. Although I will call my solicitor tomorrow.
Guys what do u think?
Good you disclosed the crime issue initially and now I think your solicitor is in a better position to elaborate on this to the INIS as requested and to explain the circumstances relating to the crime but more importantly an assurance from you that you're now a remorseful and changed person who wouldn't dare go back to engaging yourself with any criminal activities again. I'll also think you should talk to your local TD about this development and see if he/she can make representations on your behalf as it would be re-assuring to the INIS also. Best of luck!emmanueljames wrote:@ kingdoman. Yes exactly, I did disclosed the crime !& they also asked me to put it in my own writing last year September, of which the lady also asked me the same question this morning, then I told her yes I did disclosed it, but she told me that they just want it to be clears be for sending out final decision. I don't know if this info is true.
