EC - Accomodation not available

Post by yoga_yoga » Mon Oct 15, 2007 11:54 am

hi guys,
I wanted to apply for EC but I do not know any body close staying in UK. What is the alternative available in such cases?

Can I show hotel or lodge? But my stay is expected to be more considering I am taking job there, so hotel/lodge does not sound good ?

Is there any portal where people can be contacted for room mates in UK? How feasible this option is?

Regards
Yoga

Hi

You can show Hotel Booking for 10 - 15 days which should be alrite for EC. Here is the link if you wish to book your hotel - http://en.venere.com/hotels_london/

Hotel receipt might be a little risky....Sometimes they want a more concrete proof of Accommodation.I heard quite a number of people denied cos of hotel receipt as proof of accommodation.

I had shown 15 days of hotel booking confirmation from booking.com and that was good enough to get my EC
