Tier 2 (General) Extension Query

Hi,

I would like to know for Extending Tier 2 Should i get an experienced Woker stated in the soc Codes?

I was switched from Tier 1(PSW) to Tier 2 in Nov 2013. Initially i got Tier2 for two years from Nov 2013 to Nov 2015 as i was well above the New entrant salary at that time. And now my employer (NHS) were applying for new COS in coming September 2015.

My soc Code : 2139 ( Information technology and telecommunications )
New entrant: £20,800
Experienced Worker : £29,900( source is the Annual Survey of Hours and Earnings, a 39-hour week)

As my Full time Working hours are 37.5 hrs/week( Where the source is NHS Agenda for Change or the Royal Institute of British
Architects, a 37.5-hour week )

If this is the case then could it be pro-rated? (£28,750 for 37.5 hour week)
