Court Hearing toady

Post by HITS123 » Wed Jun 17, 2015 5:19 pm

Dear all member

I have hearing today. Now I am waiting for decision. We thought the decision may not in our favour. If that so then can I make my 10 year residency application as I completed my 10 years in 2014?? If yes how many days we got to make new/ 10 years application, after decision comes from court?

Wait for yours reply.

Thanks

Thanks for reply guys however it was team application so did not give any trouble to my partner. Otherwise more trouble for partner on hearing.

Questions is:

Can I make 10 year application now or do I have to wait till decision come?

Thanks

Wait for decision now. Once its with you and if not favourable then go for a UTT appeal and then you will get acover under 3c, you can apply ilr while it will be under process. Please check with senior members as well what they would advise.
