I think that lawyer may need to be changed . Does not seems to know what he/she is doing, if he says a British Citizen child falls within the financial requirement criteria.Aroon123 wrote: my lawyer dealing with the case said it does increase to 22,500 but I am unsure about this

- (d) not an EEA national with a right to be admitted under the Immigration (EEA) Regulations 2006.
