You do not need a visa to come to the UK, however if you wish to apply for one, visit;

Thanks for reply, however I read several topics here stating that, even they have residency card, at UK border they have not been allowed to enter and EEA family permit is related to UK; I have residence card in Ireland, I'm not sure it will allow me to stay with my partner and have an employment.
Could you help me in get more info, in term of processing time for the EEA family permit application, where I can find the application form and where I can submit it?

Well, when you fly directly to the UK, there are no border controls anyway, so don't worry about being denied entry. You also have the right as an EEA family member to enter with him. BTW, you say boyfriend. Are you unmarried? Should be fine still especially since your relationship has been recognised by Ireland.

Thanks for reply,nothing is mentioned on uk visa website that if you have Stamp4EUFAM in Ireland you should not apply visa as it is similar to EEA family permit, still in confusion where to get details on it.

There are occasional border controls from Ireland into UK, I flew Dublin - Leeds for a very long time each week and was passport checked a few times - mostly none at all but it did happen.
